Nestled within the historic Eastlake Golf Club, the Greenside Bar and Grill combines a welcoming atmosphere with a menu celebrating fresh, seasonal ingredients. Overlooking the lush greens, it's the perfect spot for casual meals, group gatherings, or a post-round refreshment. The updated space reflects the club’s rich history, blending heritage with contemporary charm.
Client Brief:
The project aimed to transform a dated and overly open venue into an intimate and multifunctional space. Objectives included extending the bar area, introducing a natural division for dining and a sports bar section, and incorporating TV screens for a more dynamic sports experience—all while preserving the ample natural light and optimizing functionality for diverse gatherings.
The expansive room was reimagined to create two distinct zones—a lively sports bar with strategically placed screens and a serene dining area. The decision to position the screens on a central dividing wall preserved natural light and maintained the room's welcoming ambiance.
The dry bar allows for expansive views to the 1st hole and putting green.
A mix of seating options, including high and low tables, movable booth seating and planters was introduced to cater to different group sizes and occasions, ensuring flexibility and comfort for every guest.
Expanding the bar footprint allowed for efficient service to both areas while maintaining a single central hub.
